Reservations of five consecutive nights or longer can book our Customized Roadbook for an additional cost as indicated below.
Our Roadbook is customized with your company logo and colors throughout the book. The book contains a wealth of information with daily routing suggestions, hotel details, maps, local information on each destination and suggestions for things to see and do along the way. The detailed information helps your clients make the most of their journey! Books are printed in seven languages including English, German, Danish, Dutch, Italian, French and Spanish.
The cost of the roadbook includes shipping to your office to arrive 30 days prior to travel or if you prefer guests can collect documents at check-in to their first hotel. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival will pick up documents at the first hotel.
