DAY 1 ARRIVAL IN LOS ANGELES
Arrive in Los Angeles, the “City of Angels”. Accommodations close to Hollywood.
DAY 2 LOS ANGELES AREA
Spend the entire day to explore Los Angeles. Visit Universal Studios, enjoy the beach and boardwalk scene of Venice, visit the more upscale Santa Monica or the glamorous Beverly Hills with its famous Rodeo Drive, or spend the day at Disneyland.
DAY 3 LOS ANGELES TO SAN DIEGO 150 miles/240 Km
Drive along the Pacific coast to San Diego. San Diego has it all - whether you are interested in museums, shopping, wildlife, the early Spanish influences on California, or the miles of beautiful beaches.

DAY 6 LAS VEGAS /DEATH VALLEY/BAKERSFIELD 380 miles/610 Km
Leave the gambler’s paradise behind and drive through Death Valley, a place of unexpected contrasts. See large sand dune formations, sculpted rocks, isolated valleys and volcanic craters. Then continue around the foothills of the Sierra Nevada to Bakersfield near the southern end of the San Joaquin Valley, a large agricultural area.
DAY 7 BAKERSFIELD TO YOSEMITE 200 miles/320 Km
Today you will be driving to Yosemite National Park, a region of unusual beauty. See the famous Yosemite Falls, the highest in North America, drive up to Glacier Point for a spectacular view of the mountains and the valley below and admire the big sequoia trees at Mariposa Grove.
DAY 8 YOSEMITE TO SAN FRANCISCO 200 miles/320 Km
Continue on to San Francisco, where you will spend two nights. Plenty of time to enjoy one of the most beautiful cities in America.
DAY 9 SAN FRANCISCO
Explore Fisherman’s Wharf, take a boat trip to the prison island of Alcatraz and stroll through the busy Chinatown.

DAY 11 SAN SIMEON TO SANTA MARIA 70 miles/113 Km
A breathtaking drive along the rugged Pacific Coast will bring you to Santa Maria. Along the way lots of sightseeing and/or hiking you will pass by several state parks offering plenty of hiking trails then stop at the enormous estate of Hearst Castle in the Santa Lucia Mountains overlooking the ocean.
DAY 12 SANTA MARIA TO LOS ANGELES 205 miles/328 Km
Drive to Santa Barbara which offers a delightful historic Spanish-colonial architecture, lots of shopping and restaurants, and an inviting beach. After spending some time in this pleasant town return back to Los Angeles, where a memorable tripcomes to an end.
